Improvised version of a healthy and easy soup.
You need:
Broccoli - 50 grams
Carrots - 2 (medium size)
Onion - 1/2 (chopped)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Butter/ghee - 1/2 spoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
How to make:
1. Cut carrots into small cubes. Wash them along with broccoli, thoroughly. Put them in a cause pan with just enough water so that they are immersed . Bring to boil and cook till carrots turn tender.
2. Take out the cooked vegetables and using a mixer, make a puree.
Return the puree into the cause pan mix with the remaining water in it. Boil again in low flame after adding enough salt.
3. In a fry pan, put butter or ghee and saute the onion. Add them to the soup. Cover it with a lid and turn off the stove.
Serve hot with pepper.
