The Secret of Our Marriage

It's been about 7 years but even now people ask if ours was a love marriage. We usually laugh and tell them the dramatic first meeting - how I was tricked into meeting a guy at the most unexpected moment of life and the conversation we had that later ended up in marriage.

It's obvious, we belong to the same village, studied in same school and were working in the same city (at that point of time); who would believe it was a well arranged "trap" ?😉

One thing is true, post engagment there was a solid one year time for us to get to know each other better. And, (quoting my dad's exact words) Kish was impressed by God know what 😐
But he knew just how to make me fall in love with him. Therefore, by the time it was our wedding, we looked (and felt) like the perfect couple in love.

Infact, the point is to keep it going. How do we do it? Well, we don't. We are just another normal couple. Normal in everywhich way.

We put smiling pics in facebook, we eat the food I cook, we have our owns ways of disagreements, we fall for each others sentiments...

The only secret is my fathers golden words : "whatever you have - be it joy or sorrow - it will belong to both of you equally".
